2026 - 2027
Nature Practice Fellowship

Through the Nature Practice Fellowship, Off-Grid Retreats offers direct sponsorship to people who want to unplug from daily life and retreat into nature—to grow, heal, and find deeper meaning.

Bringing ourselves into closer connection with the natural world inherently teaches us to live in right relationship with the environment, regardless of the teacher, tradition, or location.

If you feel called to go on retreat but find it hard to justify the expense or lost income, consider applying! In addition to sponsorship, our fellows will get the chance to meet as a group and tap into a growing community.

Who Should Apply?

Anyone who feels called to go on any type of retreat where nature plays a central role, but faces financial obstacles.

We’re enthusiastic about supporting community leaders, members of BIPOC / Queer / underrepresented communities, and anyone who lacks access to mental health and wellness resources.

Newbies to nature practice are especially encouraged to apply!

What type of retreats will be approved?

Any nature retreat, anywhere in the world - any practice or tradition with an emphasis on self discovery, healing, and improving our relationship to ourselves, those around us and our environment.

Example nature retreats include those involving meditation, yoga, movement, nature therapy, legal psychedelic therapy, legal medicine circles, art, and music—as long as nature is a central theme and the program includes spending time outdoors, it’s eligible.
